WAF COMPASS Star is an employee spotlight program for WAF members to highlight their excellence and successes. COMPASS stands for “Championing Opportunities,” “Magnifying Professional Advancement,” and “Spotlighting Success.”
Our WAF Compass Stars are individuals who strengthen SP+ and WAF by exemplifying the behaviors and attitudes that amplify our mission, vision, and purpose. The WAF Compass Stars receive international visibility to executive leadership which provides more opportunities for professional growth and recognition.
