The Women’s Advisory Forum welcomes new Forum Members: Natasha Labi and Ritu Vig. Both Forum Members will provide key insight and help continue the mission of the Women’s Advisory Forum.
Natasha Labi – Regional Manager, Municipal Services
Natasha Labi has been a parking professional for 25+ years. She is CAPP certified and is the Regional Manager in the Municipal Division. Natasha manages several SP+ operations including the ATL+ project, the City of Atlanta’s on-street parking enforcement operation. Serving as a trainer throughout the Municipal Division, has helped the team focus on operational excellence, customer service driven solutions, and stakeholder satisfaction. As a HR Professional in the parking industry, Natasha has exceptional experience in developing, implementing, and overseeing all phases of HR such as hiring, onboarding, training, and professional development of successful teams to meet operational business objectives. With her strong belief in HR development, joining WAF was a natural progression for Natasha. WAF’s mission statement is a true life focus for Natasha, “advance an environment of inclusion that ensures that the most talented and innovative SP+ professionals have the necessary resources and opportunities to contribute.
Ritu Vig – Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel
Ritu is a seasoned corporate and commercial attorney with significant experience in the areas of securities, mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate governance, commercial law and ethics and compliance. Ritu began her career in private practice as a corporate lawyer at large law firms focusing on securities, financing matters and counseling public and private companies as well as private equity funds on mergers and acquisitions. Following that, Ritu moved in-house to Wrigley, a leading gum and confections company, where she became the Associate General Counsel leading the Company’s corporate legal team. After Wrigley, Ritu served as the Vice President, Associate General Counsel – Securities, M&A & Compliance Counsel leading the corporate legal function at R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, a global provider of integrated, multichannel communications solutions. Ritu was a co-founder of the South Asian Bar Association of Michigan and a member of the board of directors of the North American South Asian Bar Association Foundation. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Mercy Housing Lakefront.
