The WAF recently sponsored several SP+ employees from Phoenix, Arizona to attend a skill-building workshop, “Making Presentations Pop!” hosted by Lisa Kelly Zuba, MS, Chief Inspiration Officer of Zuba Academy. Ms. Zina shared with the group her time-tested presentation-preparation system to make presentations more memorable.

Some key points that Ms. Zuba covered include how to build speaker confidence, strategies on getting audience attention, organizing thoughts and materials for a presentation, speaking audience language, audio/visual materials, and ways to practice.

Rayma Larsen-Derrico, SP+ Director of Human Resources attended the event and said it was interactive, relatable, and engaging.
