Sugeiry Encarnación started her career with SP+ over 20 years ago as a cashier in New York City, and now serves as Senior Facility Manager in the Atlanta area. When asked what’s her secret to success, Sugeiry says its her constant desire to improve herself and her fellow team members.
“I would suggest everyone to not focus too much on promotions, but instead to work as a team, have fun, and enjoy your quest,” Sugeiry advises. “Never ever stop smiling, and never get discouraged by bumps in the road. They are there as a stepping stone to a better and stronger you. By allowing yourself to give the best while enjoying your work, good work habits will arise and the doors to promotions will open.”
