Cristine Paull

WAF Chair, Vice President SP+ GAMEDAY

Ms. Paull joined the company in 2004, and currently serves as Vice President of SP+ GAMEDAY. 
 
Ms. Paull manages a team of event operations experts, who have been responsible for some of North America’s most complex events. These events include Olympic Games, Political Conventions and sporting events on behalf of Major League Baseball, NASCAR, the National Basketball Association & the National Hockey League and others.
 
Since 1999, SP+ GAMEDAY has managed transportation planning and operations for all of the National Football League’s events with Ms. Paull at the helm since 2008.
 
Ms. Paull has a bachelor’s degree in English from LaSalle University and a master’s degree in Sports Administration from Ohio University.

Nicole Hankins

WAF Vice Chair, Senior Vice President of Southwest Operations

Ms. Hankins currently serves as Senior Vice President of Southwest Operations. Ms. Hankins joined SP+ in 2003 as Director of Business Development. She has been promoted and received increased responsibility during her 15 years with the Company, most recently as Vice President, Regional Manager III in Seattle.

Ellen Ashkenazi

WAF Vice-Chair, Managing Director, Regional Human Resources

Ms. Ashkenazi has been with company since 2007 and currently serves as Director of Human Resources in Canada. Ms. Ashkenazi plays an integral role in the Canadian operations providing leadership and support. She is responsible for all HR functions including union negotiations, employee relations, leadership develop and health and safety. Ms. Ashkenazi has over 15 years of experience and has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Catherine Burch

Regional Manager II

Ms. Burch currently serves as Regional Manager II for the company’s Detroit operations. Ms. Burch oversees all of the Detroit Metropolitan parking operations (excluding airports), which consists of approximately 17,000 parking spaces and 190 employees, serving eight clients at 30 locations in the cities of Detroit, Birmingham, Royal Oak and Pontiac. With 30 years of parking experience, Ms. Burch began her parking career with National Garages Inc., subsequently acquired by Central Parking. Ms. Burch currently serves as Vice President on the Board of the Michigan Parking Association (MPA), and as Chair of the MPA Newsletter and Website Committee.

Lisa Jakstas

Vice President, Planning

Ms. Jakstas currently serves as Vice President of Planning for the financial planning and analysis team. Ms. Jakstas joined the company in 2005 as a senior financial analyst in the strategic planning and analysis group, and most recently served as vice president of sales administration. Ms. Jakstas is responsible for overseeing the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting efforts as well as takes the lead role in developing metrics that will be used to measure the performance of the company, among other initiatives.

Connie Jin

Senior Vice President of Corporate Development

Ms. Jin serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. She leads investor relations, capital allocation/structure, and initiatives around mergers and acquisitions.

Colleen Kozak

Vice President, Human Resources

As Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Kozak is entrusted with maintaining the happiness of employees, whether it be through professional development, benefits, or perks. Ms. Kozak is an innovative Human Resources executive with challenging domestic and global experience in retail, consumer service and financial services. She is a change agent and experienced mentor with and talent management expertise.

Christopher Sherman

Senior Vice President

Mr. Sherman currently serves as Senior Vice President for the Northeast Region. Mr. Sherman began his career with SP+ in September 2001 as the Operations Manager in Baltimore, Maryland and continues to bring extensive experience in the mixed-use, office, residential, and stadium verticals. Throughout Chris’ career at SP+, he has successfully increased profits and market share through the implementation of technology and innovative marketing programs.

Shannon Singer

Regional Manager

Ms. Singer joined the SP+ team in 2015 and has held several positions within both the Human Resources and Operations divisions of the company. She actively sits on the SP+ Women’s Advisory Forum which focuses on advancing an environment of inclusion to ensure SP+ has the most talented professionals contributing the the success of SP+. Prior to joining SP+, Ms. Singer spent 10 years in retail operations management at the field and corporate levels for two top national retailers. She received her B.A. degree from California State University, Long Beach and M.A. degree from National University.

Ritu Vig

Chief Legal Officer and Secretary

Ms. Vig earned her J.D. and B.S. from the University of Illinois and holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She brought a wealth of experience in securities, mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate governance, strategy, complex commercial transactions, regulatory compliance and ethics.
