WAF Chair, Regional Vice President
Ms. Hankins has been with the company since 2003, and currently serves as Vice President, Regional Manager III for the company’s Pacific Northwest operations. Ms. Hankins has over 18 years experience in business development and operations management, and has spent most of her career operating large portfolios of properties in Hawaii and Washington. Ms. Hankins is responsible for strategy development, operations, contractual negotiations and financial performance of each account for the company and the various business lines, including parking, transportation and maintenance.
WAF Vice-Chair, Senior Vice President, Business Development – Airports
Ms. Brown joined the company in 2006, and currently serves as senior vice president of business development for the company’s airport services division. Ms. Brown oversees new business across the airport vertical, including parking, valet, transportation (shuttles and ground transportation management) and other landside services. Ms. Brown is responsible for the maintaining and supporting of existing client relationships, introducing new products and services, and for developing and overseeing marketing programs that enable airport clients to compete effectively against off-airport parking operators and to maintain grow market share and protect revenues.
Director, Human Resources–Canada
Ms. Ashkenazi has been with company since 2007 and currently serves as director of human resources in Canada. Ms. Ashkenazi plays an integral role in the Canadian operations providing leadership and support. She is responsible for all HR functions including union negotiations, employee relations, leadership develop and health and safety. Ms. Ashkenazi has over 15 years of experience and has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Western Ontario.
Ms. Burch currently serves as regional manager for the company’s Detroit operations. Ms. Burch oversees all of the Detroit Metropolitan parking operations (excluding airports), which consists of approximately 17,000 parking spaces and 190 employees, serving eight clients at 30 locations in the cities of Detroit, Birmingham, Royal Oak and Pontiac. With 30 years of parking experience, Ms. Burch began her parking career with National Garages Inc., subsequently acquired by Central Parking. Ms. Burch currently serves as Vice President on the Board of the Michigan Parking Association (MPA), and as Chair of the MPA Newsletter and Website Committee.
Mr. Burns contributes over 14 years of parking and transportation consulting and operations experience. Mr. Burns’s history encompasses successfully evaluating, planning, analyzing, operating, marketing, renovating, and designing parking resources, including the following facility types: office; mixed use; entertainment; retail; municipal projects; convention centers; hotels; hospitals, medical, and corporate campuses; sports stadiums and arenas; hotel and specialty valet services. A native of Ohio, Mr. Burns graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2004 with a Bachelor’s Degree.
Vice President, Planning
Ms. Jakstas currently serves as vice president of planning for the financial planning and analysis team. Ms. Jakstas joined the company in 2005 as a senior financial analyst in the strategic planning and analysis group, and most recently served as vice president of sales administration. Ms. Jakstas is responsible for overseeing the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting efforts as well as takes the lead role in developing metrics that will be used to measure the performance of the company, among other initiatives.
Senior Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis
Ms. Jin currently serves as senior vice president, financial planning and analysis. Ms. Jin oversees the corporate planning process (annual budgets, interim reforecasts) and monthly management reporting. In addition, Ms. Jin provides recurring and adhoc analysis to support the business including: variance analyses, metrics and trend analyses, return on investment analysis, long-term modeling, investor relations responsibilities, acquisition analysis and due diligence, board reporting, and banking relationships.
Vice President, Event Operations
Ms. Paull joined the company in 2004, and currently serves as vice president of event operations. Ms. Paull was a key leader in managing event transportation for the 2012 Republican Convention, and has been managing transportation systems for all National Football League sponsored events (i.e. Super Bowl, Rookie Symposium) since 2008. Ms. Paull has 21 years of Event and Operations experience and has a bachelor’s in English from LaSalle University, and a master’s in Sports Administration from Ohio University.
Ms. Alicia Pouliot-Cote has a background in the parking industry that extends over 10 years, including 5 years as an Internal Auditor. As a Regional Manager, she leads the institutional, municipal, residential, mixed-use and commercial vertical markets in identifying challenges and providing innovative solutions. Alicia oversees 50+ locations generating more than $30M in revenue across the New England market. Alicia is a Certified Parking Professional (CPP), a highly coveted certification that is sponsored by the National Parking Association. Alicia works with many organizations focused on aiding under privileged young women and creating inclusive environments for women in leadership, including Junior League Boston, WTS – Advancing Women in Transportation, Women in Parking, CREW Boston, and BOMA.
Vice President, Benefits
Ms. Redmon currently serves as vice president of employee benefits, and leads the strategic development, design and cost management of all of the company’s benefit programs. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Redmon has held various Human Resources management positions in Manufacturing and Retail environments and received a Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Senior Vice President
Mr. Sherman currently serves as Senior Vice President for the Northeast Region. Mr. Sherman began his career with SP+ in September 2001 as the Operations Manager in Baltimore, Maryland and continues to bring extensive experience in the mixed-use, office, residential, and stadium verticals. Throughout Chris’ career at SP+, he has successfully increased profits and market share through the implementation of technology and innovative marketing programs.
Regional Manager, Central Airports
Ms. Statler has been with the company since 1994, and currently serves as regional manager of airport operations for the company’s central division. Ms. Statler currently develops and manages both client and internal budgets, interacts with clients to discuss ongoing support of the facility and recommends operational improvements. Ms. Statler also works with the business development staff on potential new deals through attendance of pre-proposal meetings and development of proposals for submittal. Ms. Statler is an active member of the Great Lakes Chapter of AAAE and Michigan Association of Airport Executives (MAAE). Ms. Statler has a B.S. in Business Administration from Ferris State University and has successfully completed the Certified Parking Management training through the National Parking Association.
