The Women’s Advisory Forum (WAF) is dedicated to fostering growth, leadership, and success for women. The principal objective of the WAF is to advance an environment of inclusion that ensures that the most talented and innovative SP+ professionals have the necessary resources and opportunities to contribute to the company’s future growth.

To this end, the Women’s Advisory Forum offers an annual educational scholarship program to SP+ field or regional employees!

All field and regional employees (below RM/Director level) with six months of employment and in good standing with the Company are eligible.

The program or courses the employee is enrolled in must be relevant to the employee’s current or future job function within the company. The course of study cannot be one that leads to degrees in other non-business related professions or career paths. The employee must be a degree candidate at an accredited university, college, or certificate program.

Eligible employees will apply to the WAF committee utilizing the WAF Scholarship Application form which includes responding to an essay question related to the employee’s aspirations. Applications will be reviewed by the WAF committee and a vote of all members will be conducted. Those individuals who receive the highest number of votes based on their application and essay will be awarded the scholarships.

The scholarship winners will be notified via e-mail of their award.
