The Women’s Advisory Forum (WAF) is dedicated to fostering growth, leadership, and success for women. The principal objective of the WAF is to advance an environment of inclusion that ensures that the most talented and innovative SP+ professionals have the necessary resources and opportunities to contribute to the company’s future growth.
Promoting Gender Equality Within SP+
Our Goal is to Improve Recruitment, Employee Retention, and Diversity at the Executive Level, and Address Gender Stereotypes in the Workplace.
To support our strategies and goals, we have developed various programs and initiatives.
Our Mentoring Program is one of the essential benefits of being involved with the Women’s Advisory Forum. Mentors are paired with mentees in order to help them develop professional skills, network, and advance in their careers.
Our Resources Program provides members with access to online and event-based educational resources, such as webinars, live events, news articles, and interviews. We also offer scholarship opportunities on an annual basis.
