The WAF is pleased to honor Natasha Labi with the Women’s Advisory Forum Advocate of the Year Award. The award recognizes the efforts made by individuals who contribute towards increasing the representation of women in our industry and in leadership roles at SP+.
As the first recipient of the Advocate of the Year Award, Natasha demonstrates and promotes the spirit of the WAF by fostering growth, leadership, and success for women and by cultivating an environment of inclusion and opportunity.
Natasha has put in significant effort to network with all of the women working at locations in the Atlanta region. She has hosted Lunch & Learn events for the region using WAF webinars to support and develop her team.
Natasha has advocated for additional participation of female managers in parking industry events like the Parking Association of Georgia Annual Conference, and facilitated opportunities for team members to visit other SP+ operations to broaden awareness of the many career possibilities available in the parking industry.
Outside of the office Natasha has hosted after-work team building events to help maintain connections and provide an opportunity to network with co-workers.
Natasha joined the Company in 2017 as a Senior Manager, and has recently been promoted to Regional Manager overseeing the enforcement operation in Atlanta. In addition to making a positive impact for SP+ operations with her 20+ years of experience in the parking industry, Natasha has quickly jumped in to support the women in her region.
Natasha – Thank you for being a true example of what the spirit of WAF is! Your dedication to fostering growth, leadership and success for women by cultivating an environment of inclusion and opportunity is inspiring to us all! Congratulations!
