The SP+ Women’s Advisory Forum (WAF) has partnered with Kaman’s Women’s Diversity Group (WALK).
Kaman has been recognized for the past 70 years for its technical breakthroughs and innovative solutions in the aerospace and industrial distribution segments. The demographics and characteristics of Kaman’s workforce resembles that of SP+, making the partnership a good fit.
With both groups facing similar cultural challenges, the partnership will allow them to share resources and ideas on improving diversity at the workplace.
